This directory lists staff who hold a designated contact responsibility for a department, faculty or administrative unit. It is intended for students, prospective students, parents, partner institutions and members of the public who need to reach the right office quickly.
The University switchboard number is +234 (0) 806 000 4100. All internal extensions listed below can be reached through the switchboard, or dialled directly on campus. Every member of staff has an official @fustkabo.edu.ng address; official University business should be conducted through these addresses rather than personal email accounts.
For general enquiries that do not obviously belong to a named office, contact the Information Unit at info@fustkabo.edu.ng, which will route your message to the appropriate directorate within one working day.

Keeping Your Directory Entry Up to Date
Directory entries are maintained by the Directorate of ICT from records supplied by the Establishments Division of the Registry. If your name, designation, department, email address or extension is wrong or missing, do not contact the web team directly.
Instead, complete the Staff Record Amendment Form (Form EST/07) available from your Faculty or Unit office, have it endorsed by your Head of Department, and lodge it with the Establishments Division. Amendments are batched and published to the website every fortnight. Urgent corrections affecting public-facing service offices may be expedited by emailing establishments@fustkabo.edu.ng with the endorsed form attached.
